Please Note: Be sure to factor in the time you'll need for decorating and cleanup when calculating your total rental hours. All setup and takedown must be completed within your reserved time block. 

Basic Package

Any Day 

Hourly Rate (3 hour minimum)     $60 ​

6 Hour Package                                    $320

8 Hour Package                                    $440

Our Basic Package includes everything you need to host a smooth and successful event. This package features:

  • Table and Chair Set Up - We'll take care of arranging tables and chairs to match your event needs. 

  • Access to Kitchen Area - Use our kitchen space for food prep, storage and service as needed. 

  • Included Add-On Items - Enjoy access to any inventory from our Item Catalog listed as "included in venue rental" (You may add on any other items)

Premium Package

Any Day 

Hourly Rate (3 hour minimum)     $80 ​

6 Hour Package                                    $440

8 Hour Package                                    $600

Take your event to the next level with our Premium Package. This option includes all the essentials from the Basic Package, plus a few extras:

  • Table and Chair Set Up - Let us handle the layout so you can focus on your event. 

  • Access to Kitchen Area - Ideal for catering, food prep or refreshments.

  • White Polyester Tablecloths -  Add a touch of sophistication with white linens for all seating tables. 

  • Included Add-On Items - Inventory from our Item Catalog listed as "included in venue rental"

  • 1 Free Add-On Item -  Choose one complimentary item from our Item Catalog that is not included in venue rentals. (You may add on any additional items)

Signature Package

Any Day 

Hourly Rate (3 hour minimum)    $100 ​

6 Hour Package                                   $560

8 Hour Package                                   $760

Our Signature Package is designed for those who want a polished, elevated event experience with full access to all our venue has to offer. Perfect for couples looking for a beautiful reception, minus access to the bridal suites. This option includes:

  • Table and Upgraded Chair Setup -  Upgrade your seating with stylish upgraded seating for a refined look. (Our new chairs will be available at the end of July.)

  • Access to Kitchen Area - Use of our kitchen space for your catering or food service needs. 

  • White Polyester Tablecloths -  Linens included for all tables. (Not your color? let's discuss your options)

  • Full Access to Item Catalog - Choose any items from our item catalog to customize your event - no limits.
