Our space was created with one vision in mind: to offer a beautiful, flexible and affordable venue for all of life's special moments. Whether you are hosting a wedding, baby shower, birthday party, corporate event or community gathering, our venue provides the perfect blank canvas to bring your vision to life.
We believe that great events dont have to come with a high price tag. That's why we offer more than just four walls - we include collection of ever growing decor, backdrops and furniture to help you personalize your event without the added stress or expense.

Our Location
Located in downtown Eldon, adjacent to The Ice Cream Factory, enjoy the small town feel while also being conveniently located close to the Lake of the Ozarks and Jefferson City. North Street Venue offers a warm, inviting feel inside our doors and that carries outside around our building and in our back alley space.

What to expect the day of your event...
On the day of your event, you will receive a code to the lockbox approximately 30 minutes prior to your event. The tables and chairs along with any addition add on items you requested, will already be set up per your direction. All you need to do is bring the decorations!
All food and alcohol is welcome! Or you can work with your own caterer or vendor.
When finishing up your event, we have a short cleaning checklist that you can view below.
When leaving, just replace the key in the lockbox. That's it!
The process...
Choose Your Hourly Package - Choose between the basic, premium or signature packages. You must include decoration/cleanup time within your reserved hours.
Choose Your Add On Items - We offer a great selection off add-ons to help elevate your party! Why purchase an item you will only use once?
Check out our ever growing add-on items section for what is currently available. Some items can also be rented outside of the venue as well!
Secure Your Reservation - To book your space we require a refundable security/damage deposit and a signed rental agreement.
*Security/damage deposit is refunded within 7 days following your event so long as no property damage is done and rental agreement and cleaning checklist are followed.
Final Payment - Final payment is due within 30 days of your event. Failure to make your final payment on time could result in loss of your security/damage deposit.
